Tan Keng Huat
Managing Director
Mr. Tan brings over 50 years of industry experience, having led SENG JOO HUAT since its founding. As a veteran contractor, he is known for his pragmatic leadership, deep technical knowledge, and ability to balance form, function, safety, and compliance. His leadership continues to guide SENG JOO HUAT through complex, multi-sector renovation projects across Singapore.
Hazel Tan
Director, Admin & Operations
Hazel plays a pivotal role in contracts administration, human resource management, and the day-to-day running of the company. Known for her attention to detail and operational foresight, she ensures the business maintains its lean and responsive structure, enabling fast decision-making and excellent client service.
Chan Jian Guang
Project Director
With a double major in Project & Facilities Management and Business Management from the National University of Singapore (NUS), Jian Guang oversees project delivery and client satisfaction. Backed by over 15 years of experience, his portfolio includes live-site renovations for major banks (UOB, OCBC, RHB), office fit-outs, clinics, and public sector facilities.
James Chan
Senior Project Manager
James brings over 15 years of hands-on renovation experience, from high-security bank environments to retail, institutional, and residential spaces. With both business and design certifications, he balances client communication, contractor coordination, and timeline control with precision.
Diana Felizardo
Senior Quantity Surveyor
Diana is the bridge between design intent and cost control. With a background in civil engineering and over a decade of experience in quantity surveying, she handles project costing, contract administration, and value engineering with meticulous care.
